Unlimited contributions to OAK Street Initiative may be made by individuals, corporations, labor unions and certain non-profit organizations. Contributions from foreign nationals (who do not hold a US Green Card), government contractors, national banks and corporations chartered by acts of Congress will not be accepted.

Contributions or gifts to OAK Street Initiative are not tax-deductible. When you make a contribution, please include your address and, for individual contributors, your occupation and employer.  Federal law may impose penalties on political organizations for failing to disclose this information to the IRS.

OAK Street Initiative donors may earmark contributions for programs in support of a specific issue.
